Bombora Apartments: Rental Application
The link below will take you to a secure website where you can safely complete the credit application. Please be sure to have a copy of your driver’s license and current paycheck stubs to upload. There is a $45 fee to run your application and credit report. You can easily and securely add your credit card information directly into the website. Your current and previous employers and landlords will be called. This background screening process is performed by an independent 3rd party company with hours of operation Monday – Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm PST. Please allow several business days to complete the background screening, as it could take a few days to collect all the data based on the responsiveness of the inquiries.

Once your credit application is approved, the Rental Application is executed completely online with eSignature capability. Typically you will setup a Rental Agreement signing with the on-site manager, and they will go through it with you step by step to ensure you understand all the building rules and addendums. If it is more convenient, the Rental Application can be emailed directly to you for online eSignature.
