The floor plans are all very spacious and similar with the 1 bedroom round 900 square feet and the 2 bedroom around 1,100 square feet, while the 3 bedroom is around 1,300 square feet. All front units have balconies and ocean views. There are 2 penthouse units that have private stairwells and unobstructed oceans views. The units that do not have balconies have private back patio areas.
