1.   Bombora Apartments Rental Application:

The link below will take you to a secure website where you can safely complete the credit application.  Please be sure to have a copy of your driver’s license and current paycheck stubs to upload.  There is an application fee to run your credit report and call current and previous employers and landlords.  This background screening is performed Monday – Friday and could take a few days to complete based on the responsiveness of the inquiries.

2.    Floor Plans:

Bombora Apartments is comprised of 1, 2 or 3 bedroom units.  The majority of units are 2 bedroom layouts.  The floor plans are all very spacious and similar with the 1 bedroom around 900 square feet and the 2 bedroom around 1,100 square feet, while the 3 bedroom is around 1,300 square feet.  All front units have balconies and ocean views.  There are 2 penthouse units that have private stairwells and unobstructed oceans views.  The units that do not have balconies have private back patio areas.
